How It Works
- Route can be added to your order during checkout
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking updates directly
- You can also track your package through the Route app or email notifications
If You Purchase Route Protection
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:
- Claims are handled directly through Route
- Route will review and resolve your claim quickly
- This ensures a faster and smoother resolution process
⚠️ If You Decline Route Protection
If you choose not to add Route Package Protection:
- KMP Accessories is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
- Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier
Filing a Claim
If you purchased Route protection and need to file a claim:
- Visit the Route claims portal or use your tracking email
- Submit your claim with the required details
- Route will handle the process from start to finish
