RETURN POLICY

 

Welcome to KMP Accessories! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy to understand how returns are handled.

1. Unopened Auto Parts:

Unopened auto parts in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of receipt. A 30% restocking fee will apply, and shipping costs will not be refunded. Credit will be issued once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in uninstalled and original condition.

2. Built-to-Order Supercharger/Turbo Systems:

Built-to-order supercharger/turbo systems can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened, subject to a 40% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned system, ensuring it is in uninstalled and original condition.

3. Free Shipping Coupon:

For returns involving a free shipping coupon, an additional $10 restocking fee will be charged.

4. Custom-Made and Special Orders:

Custom-made parts, such as exhaust systems, and any customized items (including colors or fabrication), are not eligible for refunds. Special custom orders with specific specifications are non-refundable.

5. Installed Parts:

Installed parts, including all sold items, are not eligible for refunds. Before installation, all parts and wheels should be inspected.

6. Custom Wheels:

Custom wheel orders typically take 4-6 weeks to build. Cancelled orders for custom-made wheels are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Special custom orders with specific specifications are non-refundable.

7. Electronic Parts:

Electronic parts are not eligible for refunds.

8. Return Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Cancelled Orders:

Cancelled orders will be credited, minus a 7% credit card processing fee. For built-to-order supercharger/turbo systems, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Shipped parts are subject to restocking fees.

10. Sales:

Sale prices are valid only during specified sale dates. We do not offer retroactive pricing on previously placed orders.

11. Policy Updates:

We may change this return policy from time to time. We will post any policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
