Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the nature of aftermarket automotive parts, all sales are considered final unless otherwise approved by KMP Accessories.
We understand that issues can arise, and we will work with you when appropriate — however, the following conditions apply:
✅ Return Eligibility
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Products must be in resellable condition
⚠️ Important Return Guidelines
- Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all approved returns
- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components
- Special order or custom items
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, contact us with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for request
- Photos (if applicable)
If approved, you will be issued an RMA number along with return instructions.
